■ Solution date: June 2016 ■ Job title: clinical laboratory technician ■ Number of years of service: 6 years ■ Regular employees
The union members had been joining the union for a long time, but when they reached retirement age, there was no clear provision for treatment after re-employment, so it was decided to check the working conditions after retirement at the party.
In collective bargaining, the wage at the retirement age of union members is low, and so it was requested not to fall below the current wage level as much as possible. The employer responded with an initial amount of fixed reemployment wage reductions, but agreed to perseverely and promised to reduce the work slightly above the wage rules.
