Younger coworkers have been plagued by harassment, such as being disturbed by the ringing of their fingers from behind the job, and uttering words such as “Kimoi” and “Uze”. Motivation is unknown. Once I made a report to the company and it improved temporarily, but it recurred soon, I decided to ask Union to stop harassment in collective bargaining, and take preventive measures.

It was agreed that the company would conduct interviews with the parties, give instructions to the perpetrators, and transfer them to another department.
